
I just received my product but it is faulty, what should I do?
All products purchased from us come with warranties and are fully guaranteed.
A very small percentage of items do not work as intended or gets damaged in transit. In the unlikely event of this happening with an item you have purchased, please email our customer service team at enquiries@webretail.com.au and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your order number.
We will respond to you within 24 hours. We will determine how to best to resolve your problem with a minimum of inconvenience to you.
If it is found that the item you received is faulty, we will exchange it at no cost to you. If webRetail does not have anymore of the product in stock, then a full refund will be provided.
I just received my product but it is damaged, what should I do?
All shipments are covered by transit insurance. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us
at enquiries@webretail.com.au and advise us of the nature and extent
of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.
We will replace any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back. We apologise for any inconvenience. It would also be very helpful if you were able to include some digital pictures of the damage so we may be able to assess it and process your replacement quicker. This also helps with our insurance claims on our transport partners.
Where is my refund?
Once we have received your returned item or the refund has been approved according to your issue, we will then send
you notification of receipt of your item and an email issuing you a credit refund.
The type of Refund will be based on previous discussions, as to the type of problem. You will either receive a Refund into your nominated bank account or a Credit in the form of a voucher, which you can then use on a future purchase. If you have not received your Refund after your approval notification, within 2 working days, please contact enquiries@webretail.com.au and we will deal with you promptly.
I just received my item, but I have changed my mind. Can I return it?
No. Please take care when purchasing a product. Be sure that you want it before you buy the item.
Do items come with a warranty?
Yes. Most items we sell come with a 12 months warranty. Often it depends on the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
Please refer to each product’s listing page to see the warranty period applicable to that product.
Can I transfer my warranty to someone else if I sell them the item that I purchased from webRetail?
Yes it can be transferred. As you are our customer, our warranty commitment is to you though.
How long and where can I find the Warranty on my item?
All our items come with a Warranty Card and a Warranty period specification. Please read it carefully, as each item
has different item warranty information. The Warranty information can also be seen on our website, in the items
information, under Warranty.
Can I return my item to your office for an exchange or refund?
Unfortunately, No. Please be 100% sure before you purchase a product.
