Can I change or cancel my order once submitted?
Yes. You can change or cancel your order within 3 HOURS of making your order.

You must call us on (02) 8002 7760 open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST, to advise us on what to do. After this time your order will have been sent and will not be able to be cancelled or changed in any way.

Please do not communicate with us via email if you wish to cancel your order.

I just received my item, but I have changed my mind. Can I return it?
No. Please take care when purchasing a product. Be sure that you want it before you buy the item.

Can I return my item to your office for an exchange or refund?
Unfortunately, No. Please be 100% sure before you purchase a product.

I just received my product but it is faulty / damaged, what should I do?
