How do I register an account with webRetail?
Simply click the “Register Now” button at the top of any www.webretail.com.au webpage.

Registration takes only 30 seconds. Fill in all the appropriate details and click the Submit button. That’s it! You have successfully registered as a webRetail user.

How do I edit my details?
You can change you personal details, email address and other account details by clicking the “My Account” link. This link is at the top right hand corner of every webpage. It should be noted that you can not change your username as this is your unique identifier.

How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Simply click the green shopping bag next to the item you wish to purchase. If you have items in your basket and would like to add more, simply search or navigate from the top menu and continue shopping. If you find additional items to purchase, simply add them to your basket by once again clicking the green shopping bag next to the item you wish to purchase.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click onto the “View Bag” icon. Tick the checkboxes of any items you wish to remove. Alternatively, you are able to remove the content of the entire bag by clicking the “Empty Bag” button.

How do I change the quantity of an item?
If you would like to increase or decrease the number of any item that is in your basket, click the “View Bag” button. Now change the number in the “Quantity” box next to the item’s whose quantity you wish to update. Click “Update Quantity.”

How do I complete a purchase?
When you’re ready to place your order, simply click the “Checkout” icon and you will be presented with a page displaying your order number. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all your order details listed along with a link that will let you track your order’s progress. Therefore, it is crucial that you provide us with valid email address.
