When does the payment and delivery process begin?
Payment is not charged to your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. We process credit card payments after you click the “Submit Order” button. No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice or fail to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.

Do I receive notifications confirming my order?
Yes. When you place an order with webRetail you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will notify you again by email once your account has been charged and your order dispatched or if there is any delay in supplying an item in your order. Rest assured we do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched.

What is the method of delivery?
By default, all orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post.

What are the delivery and handling charges?
webRetail delivers nationwide via Australia Post. All delivery and handling charges are listed below the price for each product. Should the delivery charges in anyway be unclear or not understood, you should contact us at enquiries@webretail.com.au with your query.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Your products should be delivered to you within 7 days of receipt of order and payment relating to the products required. Delivery time may also be affected by the size or complexity of your order, the delivery location and webRetail’s current workload. An estimate for delivery can be requested before or after making an order. webRetail relies on Australia Post for delivery and unfortunately delays may occur that are beyond our control.
